Jim Wise Demolition embarks on a transformative journey at Middleton, Manchester's Stakehill Industrial Estate with a monumental refurbishment project of the former Tesco distribution centre. Spanning an impressive 11,000m², this multi-million-pound endeavor signifies a significant investment in the area's industrial landscape.
The primary objective of the project is to revert the warehouse back to its main structure, necessitating the removal of all roof and walls. The new tenant's specifications mandate a pristine, environmentally friendly empty shell that adheres to current building regulations, incorporating sustainable features such as solar panels.
Stripping the space of all previous tenants' fixtures, fittings, mechanical and electrical components, as well as offices, is paramount. Additionally, the removal of the high-level sprinkler system and steelwork precedes the installation of safety netting, ensuring adherence to rigorous safety standards.
Despite the complexity of the task, Jim Wise Demolition is committed to delivering results within a tight 12-week timeline. Leveraging multiple teams concurrently, the company is dedicated to meeting and exceeding the client's deadline, underscoring its reputation for efficiency and reliability in the demolition industry.
As the project progresses, Middleton's Stakehill Industrial Estate is poised to witness a remarkable transformation, setting a new standard for sustainable and modern industrial spaces. Stay tuned for updates on this exciting revitalization journey.
