Jim Wise Demolition is proud to have been appointed to undertake the strip-out and demolition works at the former Downward Plumb and Colclough site, located on Vernon Road, Shelton, Stoke-on-Trent (ST4 2Q).

This project involves preparing the site for redevelopment by the client. The scope of works includes:

• Comprehensive Strip-Out: Returning the unit to its original shell by removing flooring, stud partitions, mezzanines, mechanical and electrical systems, and all fixtures and fittings.

• Building Demolition: Safely demolishing the former structure to clear the site for the next phase of development.

• Ground Preparation: Grubbing up slabs and foundations to ensure a solid foundation for future construction.
